“It doesn’t indicate when a topic contains a poll? These 3 are the most important in my opinion. Then, I don’t really understand what the little rounds next to the titles are for because it’s not the kind of information that I need or find interesting. I, personally, think it’s pointless… but it’s the only thing we see because it has colors. There are no pages. So if you want to find an old thread you apparently have to remember the date or scroll down forever? And, you can’t make the answer area bigger (which was so convenient). The first time I came on Nameberry, I didn’t have to read any instructions / tutorial to post my first topic, but this time -even if I have been here for years now- I had to because I felt so lost. It’s harder to find by yourself how to open a poll, and I still didn’t figure how to vote. I don’t understand how to use the categories (it tells me " There are no more [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Names topics" like if there were only 13 threads and that’s it) and, I also don’t know how to use colors for my text.”

“What was Sherri Papini's sentence? In April 2022, weeks after her arrest, Sherri pleaded guilty to one count each of lying to a federal officer and mail fraud. She said in a statement through her attorney that she was "deeply ashamed" of what she did, adding, "[I am] so sorry for the pain I've caused my family, my friends, all the good people who needlessly suffered because of my story and those who worked so hard to try to help me. I will work the rest of my life to make amends for what I have done." Sherri's hoax cost the California Victims' Compensation Board more than $30,000 for her ambulance ride and therapy visits after her false abduction. The fake kidnapping also cost the United States Social Security Administration more than $127,000, the Shasta County Sheriff's Office $148,866 and the FBI $2,558. In September 2022, Sherri was sentenced to 18 months in prison for the hoax and ordered to pay back more than $300,000 in restitution for government funds expended on her after her self-inflicted disappearance. It was 10 months more than what the prosecution recommended.” • Where Is Sherri Papini Now? Inside Her Life 10 Years After Kidnapping Hoax

JadeRain April 26, 2020, 6:33pm 4 @discobot start tutorial SilverSky109 April 26, 2020, 7:06pm 5 I’m gonna be honest, I’m super crushed at the disappearance of the signatures. They’re a huge part of Nameberry culture and I’m so saddened that they weren’t prioritized during the transition. They were the main thing that differentiated Nameberry from other sites (like the namenerds subreddit). I always liked that Nameberry felt like an old school forum rather than a social media site. This new layout feels a bit too much like Twitter for me. I also find the new layout super difficult to navigate. This site has been an oasis of calm pastels and simplicity for me for a long time and maybe I’m just sad to see something familiar change, especially during this turbulent time. I want to believe there was a good reason for the changeover, so I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say I trust you guys to make it work. Just wanted to make my voice heard. Wishing you all the best and I appreciate you letting us communicate about the changes.”

Almost a year before the cancellation was announced, Debmar-Mercury reported that Sherri ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Nielsen’s metered markets and the No. 3 daytime talk show overall in February 2025. “Over the past three seasons, the show has proven its value to stations and advertisers, with Sherri Shepherd as the only single-host comedian on daytime TV able to deliver her audience a much-needed daily dose of laughs," Bernstein and Marcus said in a March 2025 statement. "We thank our great broadcast partners for continuing to make Sherri a foundational element of their lineups.””

“Where is Sherri Papini now? Sherri was released from prison in August 2023 and transferred to a residential reentry facility in Sacramento County, Calif. She left the home that October — eight months early — and will remain on supervised release until late 2026. In March 2024, the U.S. Attorney's office filed a writ of garnishment against Sherri, claiming that she still owed more than $300,000 in restitution from the case: $309,292.93, plus a 10% litigation surcharge ($30,929), bringing her grand total to $340,221.23. "Upon information and belief, Debtor [Papini] has a substantial nonexempt interest in property, that is in the possession, custody, or control of Garnishee [law firm]," the writ read in part. While Sherri hadn't paid the sum, her lawyer said she intended to do so when she could. "Sherri Papini appreciates the significance of her financial obligations to the Court and to the Government and will continue to meet said obligations as she has promised," her lawyer William Portanova told PEOPLE in a statement. “Nothing has changed."”

"I do not want to say anything in the pleadings connected to this matter that would inflame the situation or attract media attention." Keith was awarded full custody, though Sherri had visitation rights. "They're very happy kids," Keith told PEOPLE of Tyler and Violet in 2024, who were then 11 and 9. It was 10 months more than what the prosecution recommended.”
